Shipping Rates & How It Works We keep the math transparent. We specialize in three things: T-shirts, Totes, and Mugs. Because each of these items requires different print technology and specialized packaging, your shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on exactly what’s in your cart:

• The Base Rate: Your shipping starts with a standard rate for the first item in your package.

• The Hookup (Discounted Shipping): Adding more of the same vibe? If you order multiple items of the same type (like two t-shirts or two mugs), any additional items in that package score a heavily discounted shipping rate.

• Mixed Carts & Split Shipments (Per Package Costs): A fragile ceramic mug can't be shoved into a mailer bag with a soft tee. If your order includes different product types (for example, a t-shirt and a mug), they are handled by different specialized print partners to guarantee quality and safety. This means they will arrive in separate packages, and each package will have its own shipping cost applied at checkout.

Shipping Times Once your packages drop, delivery times will vary based on your location and the specific print facility fulfilling that item.

Patience We know you are "Powered by Chai and zero patience for drama," but we do ask for a little patience while the postal service does its job. If your package is taking longer than expected, sip some chai and let us handle it.
