OVERVIEW Welcome to AnimatedNakhre. When we say "we", "us", or "our", we’re talking about AnimatedNakhre. We run this store, curate the aesthetic, and provide the platform (the "Services") so you can cop the best luxury streetwear and accessories. AnimatedNakhre is powered by Shopify, which handles the backend so we can focus on the vision.

The terms and conditions below, along with any linked policies (these "Terms of Service" or "Terms"), lay out the ground rules for when you shop with us or browse our site.

Read these Terms carefully. They contain important info about your legal rights, warranties, and limitations of liability. By visiting our site or buying our gear, you agree to play by these rules and our Privacy Policy. If you’re not about it, or don't agree with the Terms, then this space isn't for you.

SECTION 1 - ACCESS AND ACCOUNT

By agreeing to these Terms, you’re telling us you are at least the age of majority where you live, or you’ve given consent for your minor dependents to use our site on your devices. To buy our gear, you’ll need to hand over some basic info (email, billing, shipping). You promise that everything you provide is 100% legit, current, and complete. Keep your account locked down. You are strictly responsible for your own login credentials and whatever happens under your account. No transferring, selling, or lending your account to anyone else.

SECTION 2 - OUR PRODUCTS

Our gear is strictly print-on-demand. When you secure an order, our third-party fulfillment partners create your custom piece from scratch. Because everything is made to order, we don't hold massive warehouses of inventory. This means slight variations in print placement or color can happen. We hustle hard to make sure our online product photos match the premium reality. But screens are different, and we can’t guarantee your monitor's display will do our colors justice.

We do not warrant that the appearance or vibe of the products will perfectly match your expectations based on a digital render, nor that every single item will be an exact, pixel-perfect clone of what you see on your screen—but the vibe will always be premium. We reserve the right to change product descriptions, pull items from the lineup, or limit quantities for anyone or any region, at any time, without warning. When it’s gone, it might be gone for good.

SECTION 3 - ORDERS

Hitting "Buy" is your offer to purchase. AnimatedNakhre reserves the right to accept or decline that order for any reason. The deal isn’t done until we confirm it and process your payment. Double-check your cart—once we accept the order, we usually can't accommodate cancellations. If we have to cancel or change an order on our end, we’ll try to hit you up via the email or phone number you provided. All returns and exchanges play strictly by our Refund Policy rules. You also agree that you’re buying our stuff to wear or use, not to resell or export like a bootlegger.

SECTION 4 - PRICES AND BILLING

Our prices, discounts, and drops change when we say they change, with zero notice required. You’ll be charged the price active at the moment you secure your order. Unless we explicitly say otherwise, the sticker price doesn't include taxes, shipping, customs, or import fees. You agree to use a valid payment method and keep your account details fresh so we can actually get your order to you. You warrant that the credit card is yours (or you're authorized to use it), the charges will clear, and you’ll pay what’s owed.

SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Because your items are printed on demand just for you, order fulfillment takes a few business days before the package actually drops. All shipping and delivery times provided at checkout are estimates that begin after the custom production process is complete. If your cart includes different types of items (like a mug and a t-shirt), our specialized third-party partners may ship them separately to guarantee quality, meaning you will receive multiple tracking numbers.

We are not liable for the postal service's drama. All delivery times are estimates. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or things outside our control. Once we hand your package over to the shipping carrier, the risk of loss passes to you.

SECTION 6 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Our brand is our DNA. Everything on this site—trademarks, designs, graphics, images, video, text, and the AnimatedNakhre name—is owned by us (or our licensors) and is protected by intellectual property laws. You can browse for personal use, but you absolutely cannot steal, copy, modify, republish, or profit off our aesthetic or assets without written permission. Unauthorized use is a quick way to catch a legal issue. Shopify’s trademarks belong to them; everyone else’s belong to their respective owners.

SECTION 7 - OPTIONAL TOOLS

We might give you access to third-party tools to enhance your experience. We don’t monitor them, and we don’t control them. We provide them "as is." If you use them, it’s on you, and we hold zero liability if something glitches.

SECTION 8 - THIRD-PARTY LINKS

Sometimes we link out to other websites or use third-party features. We aren't responsible for their content, accuracy, or any mess that happens after you leave AnimatedNakhre to visit them. Review their policies before you make any moves.

SECTION 9 - RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY

AnimatedNakhre is powered by Shopify, which gives us the tools to run this store. However, your purchase is strictly with AnimatedNakhre. By shopping here, you agree that Shopify isn’t responsible for our products, any damages, or any aspect of our transaction. You release Shopify from all claims related to your AnimatedNakhre purchases.

SECTION 10 - PRIVACY POLICY

We respect your privacy. Everything we collect is handled according to our Privacy Policy, and because we use Shopify, some data is handled by them too. By being here, you acknowledge you’ve read the policies and understand how your info is processed to make this store work.

SECTION 11 - FEEDBACK

If you slide into our inbox or comments with ideas, reviews, or suggestions ("Feedback"), you agree that we can use, publish, and run with those ideas for any commercial purpose, forever, without paying you or keeping it a secret. Keep your comments clean. We will delete anything we find toxic, unlawful, or offensive. Don't use a fake email, impersonate someone else, or spread malware. You own your words; we take no responsibility for the things you or third parties post.

SECTION 12 - ERRORS, INACCURACIES, AND OMISSIONS

Nobody's perfect. Sometimes there might be a typo, a wrong price, or missing info regarding our shipping or products. We reserve the right to fix those errors and update or cancel orders if the information was wrong, even after you've submitted your order.

SECTION 13 - PROHIBITED USES

Keep it lawful. You are strictly prohibited from using our site to: (a) Do anything illegal or malicious; (b) Break any local or international laws; (c) Infringe on our (or anyone else's) intellectual property; (d) Harass, defame, or intimidate our team or other users; (e) Spread false info, spam, or viruses; (f) Scrape, hack, or use AI bots to harvest our data; (g) Bypass our site security. If you bring this kind of energy, we will terminate your access immediately.

SECTION 14 - AGENTS

No bots. If you use autonomous software ("Agents") to interact with our site, it must identify itself properly in the user agent string and not hide behind human-mimicking behavior. We reserve the right to block or limit any bot traffic attempting to scrape or interact with our Services.

SECTION 15 - TERMINATION

We can cut your access to AnimatedNakhre at any time, for any reason, without notice. If we terminate your access, you still owe us for any past purchases. All the heavy legal sections (Intellectual Property, Liability, Warranties, etc.) survive even if your account is closed.

SECTION 16 - DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY STATED BY ANIMATEDNAKHRE, OUR SERVICES AND GEAR ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." WE MAKE NO PROMISES OR WARRANTIES (EXPRESS OR IMPLIED) REGARDING MERCHANTABILITY, DURABILITY, OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. WE DON’T GUARANTEE THE SITE WILL ALWAYS BE BUG-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED. YOU USE THIS SITE AT YOUR OWN RISK.

SECTION 17 - LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW, ANIMATEDNAKHRE, OUR TEAM, AND SHOPIFY WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INJURY, LOSS, OR DIRECT/INDIRECT DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR REPLACEMENT COSTS) ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OUR SITE OR PRODUCTS. IF SOMETHING GOES WRONG, OUR LIABILITY IS STRICTLY CAPPED BY THE LAW.

SECTION 18 - INDEMNIFICATION

If you break these rules, violate a law, or steal from someone else, and it brings trouble to our door, you agree to defend and indemnify AnimatedNakhre (and our partners/team). That means you cover the damages, liabilities, and attorney fees.

SECTION 19 - SEVERABILITY

If any part of these Terms is found to be legally void or unenforceable, that specific part will be cut out, but the rest of this document stays completely rock solid and active.

SECTION 20 - WAIVER; ENTIRE AGREEMENT

If we let something slide once, it doesn't mean we waive our right to enforce the rules later. These Terms (and any posted policies) make up the entire agreement between you and AnimatedNakhre, replacing any older versions or prior conversations.

SECTION 21 - ASSIGNMENT

You can't hand over your rights or obligations under these Terms to anyone else. We, however, can assign or transfer our rights whenever we need to, without asking for your permission.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where AnimatedNakhre is headquartered. Any legal issues will be handled in those courts.
